So today I went house hunting (or should I say condo hunting) with Dan and Anna in Hoboken. This week just won't stop filling up with real people activities! I felt very mature looking at these properties with a discerning eye, and to be honest I have a slight vested interest in it, since there's a chance that I'll end up living with Dan if he decides on something in Hoboken. We saw a lot of nice properties, and some not so nice. Dan is going to keep looking this weekend in some other communities in the area, and may possibly look at more places in Hoboken.
Walking around today looking for places to live really drove home the fact that I don't yet have one. Again, Matt has been great letting me stay with him, but I really need to find a place before either of us get tired of this. But I kind of need a job (or at least an internship) before I feel comfortable getting a place. It's a vicious circle. The good news is that I have two interviews tomorrow, and one on Monday! Wish me luck.
The show went well tonight. We started on time, and everyone who purchased a ticket picked one up! It's the small victories in life that are most important. I think I like this company management gig. It's fun being nominally in charge, particularly since everyone knows what they're doing and don't really require a lot of direction. I got to hand out the paychecks today, and that was a little bit of a power trip. I had to keep a program in my hand to make sure that I remembered who all of the actors were, but to be fair, I met most of them for the first time on Tuesday, and some of them I didn't actually meet until today. They're all really nice, and everyone has been really welcoming. It's nice to pull away that veil of mystique that actors can sometimes have, and see them as real people. In some ways it makes their performance more interesting to me, since I can gauge their performance against real life. Does that make any sense? It seems to, to me. Hmm...
Anyway, another short post tonight. I have to get up early tomorrow to head over to Brooklyn for my fireguard exam. I have to stop posting so late at night, I don't have any time to talk about anything!
Goodnight!

Fireguard exam? Is that like a firefighter? That'd be pretty cool if it was like a firefighter...
